All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling. Prices exclude taxes, local import duties or other surcharges that are raised by your government upon import of goods. Smile Plastics reserves the right to review the prices displayed on this website at any time.
As each panel is handcrafted and unique, there may be variations within and between the sheets themselves. The images of the materials displayed on this website may be different to the material you receive. Individual sheets will be packaged in cardboard, and multiple sheets in most cases covered in cardboard and sent on a pallet.
You will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order once your order has been placed. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Smile Plastics will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. Smile Plastics reserves the right not to accept your order for any reason.
Returns and Refunds
We aim to provide you with the highest quality materials and hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind and want to return your order you must contact Smile Plastics in writing within 7 working days of Delivery of the goods requesting a refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of dispatch and your proof of purchase and your order number must be provided. It is your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us. Items must be unchanged, undamaged (e.g. no surface scratching) and in the original packaging. They also must be returned securely wrapped. Items that are damaged due to improper care by the customer will not be refunded. Use a fully trackable service when returning the goods, as any losses or damage to items will mean that we are not able to provide a refund. Smile Plastics does not accept any responsibility for costs incurred as a result of returning the goods, including any shipping costs. Returns that are accepted will be refunded within 14 working days of receipt of the returned goods.
If the items are faulty then we will either offer an exchange or a refund, which will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
These terms and conditions govern your use of this website. By using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.
